The factory covers an area of more than 13000m^2 and manufactures Car Covers, Boat Covers, and Patio outdoor Covers. There are more than 150 employees, five technical masters, and six quality inspectors. Each production step is equipped with four professional quality inspectors; the product qualification rate reaches 99%.
The main technological process includes Cutting, Sewing, and Package.
The factory has 80pc flatcar machines, 10pc multi-needle flat sewing machines, 3pc tacking machines, heat-sealing tape machines, and overwrapping machines.
