Raw material: Our folding chair material choice is flexible. For the frame, we can use steel, aluminum, and iron. If we hope the chair is ultralight, we will use an aluminum frame; for example, 6061, 6063, 7075, and 7075 are high-quality aluminum, better than the other two, and the load weight is better in general, around 120KGS for one camping chair. Another frame material is steel, which will be cheaper than aluminum, but the load weight also is fine; it can be the same as 120KGS; just one problem, the weight will be heavier than an aluminum frame. We can take it for traveling or camping by car or put it in our garden, not suitable for camping and outdoor walking.

Factory Info

Leisure camping table and chair factory cover 15000m^2, manufacture camping folding table and chair, BBQ table and chair. There are more than 150 employees, the design and development team 6 persons, the QC department five persons, and the sales department persons 12 people. Our main clients come from IKEA, ALDI, AMAZON, and some other wholesalers and retailers.
The factory has a metal workshop, injection workshop, package workshop, assembly workshop, and warehouse. Main machines have blanking machines, automotive bending machines, punch presses, folding machines, riveting machines, and some other precision equipment.
Each production step is equipped with four professional quality inspectors; the product qualification rate reaches 99%.
The main technological process includes Cutting, Sewing, and Package.
The factory has 80pc flatcar machines, 10pc multi-needle flat sewing machines, 3pc tacking machines, heat-sealing tape machines, and overwrapping machines.
