This is a durable and breathable material. For the frame, our regular material is aluminum. Our company mainly does with 7075 aluminum; this material is ultralight, portable to carry, and is more durable than others, like 6061. Our client's safety always comes first. BTW camping cot has another essential material for the connector part and cover, which we do with nylon. Nylon is more durable and soft and will not break easier.

This style has another unique advantage; there’s one separated cotton padding; we can put this padding above the oxford fabric, making our sleep warmer in cold weather.
