We use a strong tubular metal structure, powder-coated stainless steel, which is light but super strong. This base can be permanently bolted to the floor to prevent unnecessary movement, toppling, and descent.
The bracket also provides additional anti-scratch buffering arms and PVC | foam covering the rack sleeves to prevent scrapes and wear on the boat and prevent paint peeling.

Factory Info

Our factory covers an area of about 20000 square meters. We specialize in producing ship lights, navigation lights, warning lights, lawn lights, wall lights, underwater lights, three protection lights, street lights, and other lighting products.

At present, we have about 300 employees, about 30 managers, about ten core technical teams, and about ten rich quality inspectors. We set up six production lines, and each line strictly controls the quality inspection to ensure that the product qualification rate reaches 99 percent.

Our main processes include injection molding - electronic parts assembly - assembly packaging. At the same time, we are equipped with more than 20 injection molding machines, punch presses, drilling presses, and other well-equipped special spray workshop.
