Material: this self-inflating pad uses a 75D polyester shell with a PVC coating, which resists punctures and keeps moisture away from the core. The filling is PU foam, giving a soft but supportive surface, and the foam is fully enclosed by the polyester shell for durability in all four seasons. The pad can be used inside a tent or placed directly on the ground.
Valve: this model uses a self-inflating valve. Because the core is PU foam, little additional air is required. The pad is taken out of the carry bag and laid flat, and once the valve is opened, inflation completes automatically in about three minutes.
Inflated height: the pad reaches 5 cm when inflated, which is enough to level out uneven ground and keep the sleeping surface comfortable in any position.
Customization: shell colors are matched to a Pantone reference supplied by the buyer. PU foam density can also be adjusted, although the available specifications vary by model, so please confirm your requirements with us.
Application: the pad suits hiking, camping, and climbing, and can be placed on the ground or inside a tent. Used under a sleeping bag, it adds insulation from the ground. The packed volume is small, which keeps storage and shipping space requirements low.
Accessories: this model is supplied without a pillow, so an inflatable pillow can be added as a separate item.

The plant covers 3,000 square meters of production space and 1,000 square meters of warehousing, with separate heat-pressing and sewing workshops.
